Benefits for you: We bear the delivery costs. You can find the estimated delivery time for an item on the relevant product details page. You’ll generally receive our shipments within 3 to 9 working days of ordering. In case of any delays we’ll get in touch with you right away. You can check the delivery status of a shipment at any time: Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with dispatch confirmation. You can enter the tracking number contained in this email on the UPS site to find out the current status of your shipment. If the parcel carrier misses you, they will inform you in a short written message. As a rule, the logistical service provider will try to deliver the parcel to you on 3 consecutive days.
Any returns are free for you as well. Please find below a short explanation of how returns work: Please inform us of your return shortly beforehand - by phone at +855-669-7268 or by email at [email protected]. This will allow us to allocate your return shipment more quickly. We will send you a return slip by email, allowing you to send you parcel back to us for free with DHL. Just print it and stick it on and the parcel is ready to go. After we have received the parcel we will check the goods and reimburse you for the purchase price if applicable, using the same payment method you used to pay.
You will be directly transferred to PayPal for payment via an SSL connection at the end of the order process. Only after this is your order completed. The amount will be taken directly from your PayPal account at the time of ordering.
If you’re paying by credit card, the amount will be reserved on your credit card when you place your order (so-called authorisation). This will be carried out by Heidelberger Payment GmbH. The necessary personal data for this will be saved locally in a protected mask by this service provider. MEYER-HOSEN AG will not save your credit card details. Your credit card will actually be charged when we send the goods to you.
